Refund Policy

Refund & Return Policy

At Thryve Better Wellness, we want you to feel confident and supported with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and proof of purchase when contacting us about a return. To begin the return process, reach out to bent@thryvebetter.org with the subject line “Return Request,” and our team will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us or to our fulfillment partner.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at bent@thryvebetter.org with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Refunds may not be granted for items returned without prior authorization, items showing signs of use or wear, or items missing parts or packaging.

In some cases, orders may be fulfilled by international suppliers through AutoDS. Because of this, delivery times and return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier location. We do our best to simplify this process and will provide you with specific return instructions when you contact us.

By placing an order with Thryve Better Wellness, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy and acknowledge that shipping delays or minor product variations do not constitute grounds for a refund.
