Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Because we partner with a variety of global fulfillment suppliers to bring you high-quality wellness tools, shipping times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 10–20 business days

  • Canada, UK, and Europe: 12–25 business days

  • Australia and International Orders: 15–30 business days

Please note that these are general estimates and can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, holidays, or courier service disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions within the United States or internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear depending on the carrier.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery fails because of customer unavailability, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at bent@thryvebetter.org and we’ll work with our suppliers to resolve the issue. Lost or damaged packages will be investigated and replaced when possible.

Customs and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs or import taxes. These fees are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
